Refund policy




We are happy to offer a refund on unsuitable items that are returned under our free returns service in accordance with our  returns policy. Items returned without a specified reason, will not benefit from the free returns service offered by us.

The sender is advised to provide information regarding parcel tracking to us via e-mail. Richsteppinn is not liable for any returns not made by us.
We try and process all returns as quickly as possible for you to get your refund. You should receive a confirmation email within a week of having returned the item, but sometimes it may take longer.

After the authentication process has been completed. If it is deemed that your item(s) needs to be refunded. You have three options; A refund for the full amount (minus shipping costs), You can exchange the item(s) for a new one without faults, Or you can take your refund as store credit and pick something else you want instead. Any refunds will be issued to the same payment method you used when you placed the order. We will credit the full amount, excluding any shipping costs.

You should receive a confirmation email when this is done. After this, it may take up to another 10 days for the money to get back to your payment method, as this depends on the banks' processes, we cannot be held responsible for delays that are not under our control.

(At certain times of the year, such as Christmas and public holidays, the processing time may be longer).
