Returns policy

You can return your online order in a few easy steps. You have 28 days to return your order from the date it's delivered. If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact our Customer Service team ahead of making a return. Our packaging process includes taking pictures of products whilst they are being packaged. We will take into consideration all of these factors before issuing a return.
If our team is satisfied your item should be returned. We will send you an email, which includes a return shipping label.
Items must not be used, worn or washed.
Items must be in original packaging and have all tags attached.
Underwear or swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Please return the item(s) within 28 days otherwise it will not be accepted. Returns will be paid for by us. When we receive your item, if we deem your product(s) has been used or worn, we will not be able to issue you a refund. In this case, you will have 14 days to pay for the return shipping to receive your items to your address again. Or your item(s) will not be returned to you.
We reserve the right to reject a return should the item(s) arrive back in a different condition to what we sent.

What items can be returned?
Only regular priced items may be returned, seasonal sale items are not eligible for returns unless they have defects or damages. As previously mentioned, we quality check and record the appearance of every item in thorough detail prior to dispatch. Should you need to return your item(s) due to a defect/damage, please send us an email at with your order number and pictures of the defect/damage and further information. We will then consider if this qualifies for a full refund. We will not entertain returns for items which have been washed, altered or damaged by wear and tear.

How do returns work?
If we agree that your items need to be returned, within 14 days you will receive an email with a return label attached. You will have to return the item(s) to your nearest service point. Depending on which country you are located in, and which courier we are partnered with in your country.
To prepare your return, pack the unwanted items and simply attach the pre-paid label onto the front of the parcel. Return your item(s) to the nearest DPD drop off shop.
Once your parcel has been returned to our HQ please allow a further 7 working days to receive your refund confirmation email. After that returns should be with you in up to 7 days.
Goods are insured during transit and goods become your full responsibility once they have been delivered. In the event of Richsteppinn offering a refund to you, legal ownership of the goods will revert immediately to Richsteppinn once the return(s) has been received and accepted.
